Refund/Cancellation Policy
Every service provided by Empire Refund is based on the client's agreement with the signature and initial payment fee. This initial fee is non-refundable even if the outcome of your case is not as you please.
*All our clients from the European Union have the right to end the agreement and request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment fee date.
